AppRiver Launches CNBC TV Ad Campaign

AppRiver, LLC, a leading provider of e-mail messaging and Web security solutions, today launched a CNBC Television (TV) campaign that highlights the importance of safeguarding corporate communication with e-mail encryption-a process that mitigates the risk of an e-mail security breach by providing end-to-end security, thereby ensuring the only person to read a sent e-mail is the intended recipient.

The CNBC TV ad series will run in all major U.S. markets for approximately six weeks, beginning November 2, 2009. This highly targeted campaign delivers a simple message to let business and IT decision makers know that AppRiver bridges the gap between sending e-mails and creating trusted communications. A copy of the e-mail encryption commercial is currently available on the AppRiver Web site.

"As the CNBC ad depicts, cyber criminals are skilled at stealing e-mail," said Joel Smith, CTO at AppRiver. "AppRiver's CipherPost e-mail encryption service enables organizations to protect message confidentiality with full assurance that business processes will continue unimpeded. With AppRiver, business communication via e-mail or mobile messaging is secured with end-to-end, content-level encryption."
