AppRiver Named to Inc. 5000 for Fifth Consecutive Year
AppRiver, a leading provider of email messaging and Web security solutions, today announced it has been named to Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 5000" list of fastest-growing private companies in America.
AppRiver ranks #1815 on the overall list, and earned a place among this year's Top IT Services Companies.
A pioneer of cloud-based services, AppRiver protects companies from today's increasingly sophisticated email and Web-based threats. The company's cloud security suite includes email and Web protection, secure email hosting, archiving, encryption, and Microsoft Office 365. AppRiver now protects more than 45,000 corporate customers and six million mailboxes worldwide qualifying it as one of the leading providers of hosted Exchange in North America.
"We're thrilled to be recognized by Inc. Magazine on the coveted Inc. 5000 list, not only in 2011, but also for the past five consecutive years," says Michael Murdoch, co-founder and CEO at AppRiver. "Our consistent growth is due in large part to our ability to meet a significant market need for innovative, cloud-based security services and we have our talented staff to thank for their dedication and creativity in driving the success of the company."
