AppRiver, LLC, a leading provider of e-mail messaging and Web security solutions, today announced that Robert (Bob) Davis, formerly AppRiver's Vice President of Finance and Operations, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

As Chief Financial Officer, Davis will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations, as well as providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning and accounting efforts of the organization.
