AppRiver upgrades its marketing platform

Marketing just got a little bit easier for AppRiver partners.

Recently, AppRiver rolled out upgrades to its appMailer platform – a proprietary email marketing tool -  that allows partners to more easily manage and cobrand email campaigns as well as offer clients even more content featuring the partner’s contact information and logo. 

Perhaps the most exciting and most beneficial feature partners will find in the appMailer reboot is the lead generation module – or what amounts to a fully-automated marketing campaign.

This new feature allows partners to build a lead-generation campaign around the content available to co-brand in appMailer, which is easily accessible from within AppRiver’s Partner Portal. Partners can build off original campaign mailers by giving the option to create a landing page. To entice users to the landing page a whitepaper is offered - free of charge. All the potential client must do to receive the whitepaper is provide their info. The info they provide on the landing page form is then saved to an excel file that the partner can download.

Partners also can promote their lead-generation campaigns quickly and easily on social media platforms with just a few clicks.

appMailer continues to allow partners to cobrand email campaigns, but adds the ability to send out even more cobranded material such as whitepapers, brochures and more.

Partners will continue manage their current campaigns through their dashboard, but now can track their different types of marketing campaigns. A new column that has been added to the dashboard shows campaign type as well as how many of the partner’s clients have interacted with the campaign.

appMailer does not require a list server or bulk mail platform to send an email campaign but if needed it can easily be integrated with MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, or Hubspot. For those one-off emails though, partners can create an HTML file that can be sent using Outlook.

Other enhancements include:

New type of HTML in which appMailer will build a full cycle, lead generation campaign on demand. By selecting this new HTML templates, it will generate the HTML plus a .pdf file and landing page associated to it. Increase security. HTTPS /SSL Encryption has been enabled.Ease in linking out campaigns to social media.
